RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION PROCESS
On occassion it is necessary for idrive to recall a device for repair either due to customer accident, abuse, incorrect use or manufacturing defect. If presently under warranty, and the fault is determined to be manufacturing, then the only charges the customer will be responsible for will be shipping
Please follow the Return Merchandise Authorization Process to avoid delays
- Please leave your device installed while contacting idrive so we can access the system to attempt to address any problem remotely
- Not contacting idrive Support support@idrive.pro prior to sending your device will lead to delays or rejection of your RMA. If idrive Support has confirmed the need to RMA the device please respond with acceptance of financial responsibility.
- In order to process your RMA you must respond to this email regarding financial responsibility for your device(s) repairs
There are 3 possibilities when you return an RMA:
- a. We may find nothing wrong with the device. We will proceed to reformat, refurbish and return it to you; you will be charged $50 plus a return shipping charge.
- b. If there is something wrong with the device and it is within the warranty period it will be fixed and returned to you, there is no charge for this work performed, however there will be a return shipping charge.
- c. If there is something wrong with the device and it is not covered under warranty; You will be charged a minimum of $50 plus a return shipping charge.
- • Anything above $50 (and the return shipping charge) you will be notified and requested to agree to the additional charges prior to processing.
Please carefully follow the steps below to return your device(s)
- Place your device in a Zip-lock bag to ensure no possible damage from water and/or any other liquid will occur during transit
- Carefully pack your device into a suitably sized padded box. Ensure the device is well padded preferably with bubble wrap to insure the device is not further damaged in transit
- a. If more than one device is approved to be returned under this RMA:
- i. Please make sure all devices are individually sealed in a separate zip-lock bag
- ii. Separate each device from the other with bubble wrap or thick padding material on all sides
- 3. Please write the issued RMA Ticket number clearly on the outside of the box
- 4. Send your package to the following address:
