- E001 means SD Card issue (corrupted or missing SD Card). Camera can trigger events and upload the previews on Iris. However if the connection with server is down, the events are lost.
- E002: a very improbable case when camera cannot load the settings from internal memory. In this case the camera will work with its default settings and will have serial 111122223333. The events are saved on SD Card but the connections are rejected by CC / Node Server.
- E003: camera does not receive gps data from the gps module. Camera will not reboot anymore and will include a fake gps package at every one second...
- E004 - Video Acquisitions issue - occurs when video acquisition for inside / outside camera freezes (no new frames). If the issue is longer than 10 seconds camera reboots.
- E005: Implement Safe Mode on cellular upload in case camera has no vehicle assigned E005 means a camera without identity. The error can appear in 3 situations:
1. A corrupted settings.db file when firmware works with the default serial 111122223333, so the camera does not have an identity in Iris. 2. A valid settings.db and implicit a valid serial number but a serial number which is not assigned to any client in AC 3. A valid serial number assigned to a client but not assigned to a vehicle.
- E006 is the error related with distance and appears when SDW feature is enabled and calibration is not made in Iris.
- E007 - Incorrect wiring
- E008 - SIM Card not present, or modem cannot communicate with it
- E009 - if modem is not able to create the APN (data641003 for Podsystems) (teal for Teal)
- E010 - if IR LEDs are off and camera cannot turn them on
