There are several ways in which to contact Support, we just ask that you have a few bits of data collected before you call;

  • The serial number found on your device: (e.g. 00127Bxxxxxx)
    • Usually found on the back label of the device and might read "Mac Address"
  • LED behavior during the following sequences:
    • Ingnition On
      • Several changes for first 30 seconds
    • Ignition Off
      • Varying changes from 3 minutes and longer

The more information that you can provide will assist to bring resolution to your support request faster.
