When the package arrives... What do we write on the box? Who does this?

Enter into the RMA Spreadsheet

In AC set RMA status to "In Factory - Not Repaired"

Check general condition

Check the Power connector to see if it is broken (Check key position)

Check the reported issue

Plug in the camera and see if it works

Set the hardware issue in AC

Set the hardware issue in AC

Enter into the RMA Spreadsheet

Give camera to shipping

get confirmation of finance for charges (if any)

When shipped set AC RMA Status to "Shipped Back"
