    1. if not make sure sales has activated the client and shipping has completed the AC creation
  2. using the AC, log in as Client to iris and create fictitious vehicles and an ADMIN user account
  3. When Shipping adds Cameras and GSMs you then can attach them to the fictitious vehicles and activate the GSMs
