- Make sure the client is listed and accessible in the AC
and verify any added features (Facial Recognition, DaD)- if not make sure Sales has activated the client
- Shipping has completed the AC creation
- using the AC, log in as Client to iris and create fictitious vehicles and an ADMIN user account
- After Shipping adds Cameras and GSMs
- then you can attach them to the fictitious vehicles
- And you can send a request for Chrysta to activate the GSMs
- Contact the client with the following...
- Email the Installation Manual to client
- schedule training
- propose Dates and Times
- request contacts to invite to training
