- Make sure the client is listed and accessible in the AC
- if not make sure sales has activated the client and shipping has completed the AC creation
- using the AC log in as Client to iris and create fictitious vehicles and user account ADMIN permissions
- When Shipping adds Cameras and GSMs you then can attach them to the fictitious vehicles and activate the GSMs
