Change Driver
- Only users with Full/Write permissions should have this feature enabled. Otherwise, it should be disabled.
 - This feature appear for the events with recognized or unrecognized driver.
 
- Pay attention to check box within 'Change driver' module: when is checked, the new driver assigned should be changed on all the events that occurred on the same route (on/off cycle). If the checkbox is not checked, then driver will be changed only for that particular event.
 
- Also, when a driver is changed - 'Change driver' button should still be enable and FR icon should disappear (in case event has a recognized driver).
