Below are the Cellular Only Client; steps to set up and train...

AC set up

  1. Make sure the client is listed and accessible in the AC
    and verify any added features (Facial Recognition, DaD)
    1. if not make sure Sales has activated the client
    2. Shipping has completed the AC creation


iris set up

  1. using the AC, log in as Client to iris
  2. Create fictitious vehicles
  3. Create client ADMIN user account and temp password (client to change later)
  4. After Shipping adds Cameras and GSMs
    1. then you can attach them to the fictitious vehicles
    2. And you can send a request for Chrysta to activate the GSMs


Contact the client

  1. Email the Installation Manual to client
  2. Get vehicle names and weights from client to apply to cameras prior to training
  • schedule training
  • propose Dates and Times
  • request contacts to invite to training


iris and Hardware Training

Hardware

  1. Stress that the only events for Cellular Download are Shock and Panic
  2. Cellular Download also features Live Look in (20 per vehicle per month 5 sec)
  3. all other Events downloaded via Cellular are 10 seconds only and are lower resolution than WiFi Transfers
  4. explain what a Base Station is and the benefits of WiFI Download
  • Higher resolution
