Whichever file format you choose you can email either compressed AVI or the FLV videos in an email attachment, copy them to a USB thumb drive or burn them to a CD or DVD disc for distribution.

If you choose to use uncompressed AVI in its original hi-res format, this is typically not able to be emailed due to its large format file size. We suggest using a USB thumb drive, or burn them to a CD or DVD disc for mailing.
