a. We may find nothing wrong with the device. We will proceed to reformat, refurbish and return it to you; you will be charged $50 plus a return shipping charge.

b. If there is something wrong with the device and it is within the warranty period it will be fixed and returned to you, there is no charge for this work performed, however there will be a return shipping charge.

c. If there is something wrong with the device and it is not covered under warranty; You will be charged a minimum of $50 plus a return shipping charge.
