Remove the 3mm support screw that attaches the X2 to the mounting bracket.

First remove the X2 from the windshield mount.

LIVE TELEMATICS (LIVE-LOOK-IN)
To find the vehicle you require live telematics for, follow these steps:
Option 1: 1) Select “Vehicles” tab on the left hand side
2) Select the relevant “Location”
3) Select the particular vehicle you are looking for

Option 2: In the upper left hand corner find the search bar, and enter the vehicle name.

To retrieve a live look-in for this particular vehicle, follow these steps:
1) Select the location marker of the vehicle, and click on it

2) At the bottom of the vehicle’s information box, there will be a title: “Live Telematics”

3) Click on “Live” (then the system will begin to retrieve the live look-in event)

Once the event has been retrieved, you can view it on the left hand side, under the “Events Tab”. The newest events are on top.

To retrieve a live look-in from the past, follow these steps:
1) Enter in the desired tie-frame in the calendar search, located in the bottom left corner.
2) Then select “Route”
3) Next, follow the same steps as retrieving live-look-in of a current vehicle (see above).

Additional information:
 If the location marker of the vehicle is “grayed out,” this means that there is no ability for live-look in.
 However, all the “Green” markers indicate there is the ability to retrieve a live-look-in from that point.
 The “Green” marker is where the vehicle is currently, or its last known location.
