IMEI pairing is done by our engineering and it is waiting for the cameras to sync via WiFi with the attached GSM modules.
==Pairing results==
Once the pairing is done, the devices will be assigned to you in your system by our engineering team, however they will auto-pair via WiFi in your Control Center by connecting them to a camera and then transferring at your access point.
==Live data stream==
Live stream is a 5 seconds Live Look in (10 to 20 seconds delay across networks). Videos are on low resolutions and no audio.
*When you sign into the Tracking site and select the vehicle for live look in, a connection is started with the camera via GSM
*After this syncs you will go to tracking.idriveglobal.com and sign in with your user and password that you would at the Base Station to live track a vehicle based on GSM positioning and also request live look in

*When the 5 seconds Live Look in are triggered by the tracking site, it causes the camera to save the trigger as an event that will download to the Base Station when it returns and connects via WiFi(called Telematics Event 8-30 seconds based on your selection in the Control Center)
*When a Live Look in is requested from the website, the Cameras Left LED will turn Red for t he duration of the Telematics Event (Software LED option)
==WAP connectivity==
*The Cameras only uses GSM for live look in and tracking Telematics
*All transfers are still made ONLY via WiFi after the ignition is turned off at the Access Point allowing full events to transfer
==Other information==
Please make sure that the cameras connect well and have good WiFi signal to get these devices paired to the cameras. When the camera pairs correctly with the GSM device:
*Cameras LEDs will boot to Green Green and the right LED will slow blink until a network connection is established with the GSM network
*The two LEDS in the GSM module will boot to RED RED; then establish connection at Green Red
*After the connection on the GSM becomes stable with the network and the web interface, the Camera LEDs will go Green Green

Idrive Base Station HDD Full

We have been alerted by our system that your HDD storage is becoming low.
In order for the system to continue to function smoothly, you need to clear off some event data. If the full HDD causes an OS failure, this is not an Idrive Supported repair.

Please look at the Auto Delete option, and create a policy for automatic HDD clearing of events.

We suggest a few things:
From the idrive Control Center software; Go to Settings>Admin Settings>and select the tab Automatically Delete Events
*Check the box to Delete events older than (30, 60, 180 or whatever you choose)
*Make a selection to keep Locked and /or Scored Events (and subsequently levels of Scored Events)
*If you need them archived, select the box for “Backup”
**This will allow the system to create a backup event either full size or compressed and send it to an external HDD or Network HDD to alleviate filling up this HDD
**If you choose, you can plug in a USB HDD or eSata HDD so as not to use network resources
*If you choose to back up to a network drive and it requires Windows Active Directory and/or Peer to peer network sign in, you can place those credentials in the boxes as necessary

We have been alerted by our system that your HDD storage is becoming low.

1. Run winbox.exe;

2. Connect the router to computer or through a switch. ( works with cat5 cable)

3. Start the application and click the “…” button, wait for equipment MAC address to be listed, click on it and Connect. Use Login name: admin / empty pass

4. Select “Files” section from left menu, drag the specific .backup file on the files list and click “Restore”. (copy and paste the file from the hard drive and paste if in the routerboard)

After this only thing that needs to be changed is the IP addresses of the Base Station equipment (RB2011LS-IN), port “ether1”, for internet connection, using Winbox under “IP” section > “Addressed” and gateway under “IP” section > “Routes” (0.0.0.0/0 to x.x.x.x).

For RB751u-2HnD, if the 3G modem is compatible with the equipment you have to set the APN using Winbox under “PPP” > “Interface” > Edit existing connection > General tab > APN and PPP if requires username and password.

Let’s use one computer for this installations that can be accessed via Tram Viewer so we can work together on this.

Run Winbox.exe select router from list and click connect

Select "Interfaces" from the left menu and enable both "wlan1" and "ppp-out1".

Connect your 3G USB dongle and restart router.

Return on "Interface List" and double-click "ppp-out1" and make sure that "usb1" option is selected. If the "Port" drop-down list is empty then your 3G dongle is not supported.

Our 3G USB worked by default without any other configuration. Click on "Advanced Mode" if your SIM does require mobile carrier configuration.

Return on "Interface List" double-click "wlan1", select "Wireless" tab and complete the fields as in picture.

Select "Bridge" from the left menu and add new bridge.

Select IP->Address List from the left menu and add a new address.

Return to "Bridge" and add a new bridge.

Make sure the "ARP" is disabled and enter the MAC Address: 00:00:5E:80:01:01 then select "STP" tab and check "Protocol Mode: rstp".

Select "Ports" tab from "Bridge" interface and add "ether1" and "wlan1" to "bridge_tunnel".

Select "PPP" from the left menu then go to "Profiles" tab and add new profile.

Complete the fields then select "Protocols" tab and check "yes" under "Use Encryption".

Return to "Interface List" and add new "SSTP Client".

In the "Dial Out" fill "Connect To:" with the VPN Server public IP, set port to 1723, enter the user name and password that you have created on VPN Server.

Uncheck "pap" and "chap" boxes from "Allow".

If the VPN Server is configured then the status must be connected.
If the VPN Server is not configured then check [[Configure VPN Server]].
